Compton Care is governed by our experienced Board of Trustees, all of whom generously offer their time free of charge.
The Board has overall responsibility for all Compton Care activities and play a vital role in ensuring the charity is run in the interests of the people we exist to serve.
They strategically oversee the management and administration of the organisation and lead the following Committees:
- People & Support Services
- Compliance & Clinical Quality
- Finance & Income Generation
Each Committee has a minimum of three members who are Trustees, supported by other key Compton Care staff who have particular skills and expertise relevant to that Committee.
Our Trustees bring a unique and high standard of skill, expertise and passion to the organisation to help ensure Compton continues to deliver high quality care and experiences to our patients, service users and supporters.
