Bake a difference!

There are many ways your support can ‘bake a difference’ here at Compton Care. Why not consider getting the whole school involved in one of the following fundraisers:

  • Host a bake sale and ask for donations from home. Students can run a stall at break/lunch time.
  • Ask your kitchen staff to make an exclusive Compton cake/biscuit and all proceeds from the sales can be donated.
  • Organise a picnic on the playing fields and everyone that attends makes a donation.
  • Host a teddy bear’s picnic, with the same principles as above.
  • Host a garden party for students and parents.
  • Ask a good baker to make a celebration cake which you can raffle off to students or parents
  • Hold a Bake-off style competition and sell the entrants cakes to the school. Make sure you award a Star Baker!

These are just our ideas -you may think of something more suitable for you and your school. Whichever option you choose, we know that you will have fun, safe in the knowledge that you are helping support local people living with a complex or incurable illness.
