Lyn joined Compton Care in April 2019 and brings with her a strong toolkit of skills and knowledge, developed through a senior level career spanning a number of years, working both nationally and internationally across diverse sectors and organisations.

Lyn has a deep understanding of all aspects of Learning and Development and has a keen interest in talent management and leadership development, and how both are integral to organisational success.
