Russell qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London before moving to the Midlands where he worked in Birmingham as an audit manager for Coopers & Lybrand. Moving into the funeral industry, he joined Hodgson Holdings plc as the acquisition accountant before progressing to a group accountant role. Latterly he has spent fourteen years in various roles within Rexel ( global electrical wholesalers), finishing as Head of Reporting & Compliance when the office re-located to Potters Bar.
Russell joined us at Compton in March 2014 as Head of Finance and Accounting.
